One of the most enjoyable things I know is when my higherSelf calls me or my clients out on our excuses…or when doubts kicks in, fear kicks in, limiting beliefs reappear and old wounds might have become triggered to suddenly reappear again.

Because it shows the growth within us.

The unhooking from artificial timelines and into higher trajectory timelines. Where a lower consciousness now begins to meet our higherSelf.

It shows tangible results from all those hours of inner work and healing we’ve done and the up levelling of consciousness we’ve now stepped into.

→ 1.BECOME AWARE OF BEING AWARE
This allows you to can catch yourSelf when it’s arising.

→ 2.GROUND YOURSELF
Connect back with the Earth and come back in your body - rather than allowing your thoughts to control your decisions and being all “up-in-the-clouds”.

→ 3.PRACTISE EMBODIMENT EXERCISES
This helps your body know the difference between absolut truths and what decision to make, vs what’s a lie/fear and you body only trying to protect you.

→ 4.JOURNAL
Reflect on what’s coming up for you, why, and the different dilemmas you’re dealing with. You ALWAYS know what to do, fear’s just int he way - journalling allows you to SEE and FEEl into what you should do. Trust yourSelf!

In Soul Level Academy, students are learning how to connect back with Self, become aware of their thoughts, feelings and behaviours with embodiments exercises, journal prompts and prayers to move through and transmute the doubts that may come to visit.

The stronger your connection with Self, the quicker you’ll be able to catch Self-doubt in the act, and come back to centrer.

→ 1. Wearing the luxury clothes, I keep "saving" for that special occasion.

Waiting to wear that outfit you bought or wanted because you’re scared that it’ll get ruined. This is only going to leave you letting 5 years go by and still never having worn it. So… that dress, skirt, top, coat/jacket you have and never worn but love how it looks - wear it today! 😉

→ 2. Putting unnecessary pressure on to mySelf.

It’s so easy to do, but it leaves you nowhere, other than back in time, and we don’t live there anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

→ 3. Disappointed in Self, and Self-criticism.

When this arises, it’s love, compassion and acceptance that you need. Hold yourSelf, talk to your inner child and speak to her like you would a child. 💖

→ 4. Not as strong boundaries with Self & others as I can.

If you struggle with this, just remember that when you’re working out a new muscle (or muscles you haven’t trained for a while, or increased resistance) it’s going to give you DOMS (delayed onset soreness). All whatever inner conflict you have with Self to just be there. Be there for YOU and stick with it. It’s difficult in the beginning, but the more you do it (train it), the easier it becomes 😌
